  • Our Agenda

Our goal is to give you a practical toolkit to help you address some of the key issues of leading today.

Using tools such as this powerful infographic (inspired by the Leadership Circle) we will explain how the world of work is changing, why that change has impacted you, as a leader and how you can leverage these changes to build amazing teams.

We share science and evidence based tools and interventions to help you to create a more engaged team, build more trust and rapport and, as a consequence, reduce your leadership burden.

Our agenda includes topics such as......

    1. How to lead empowered teams with a lot less stress and a lot more understanding of what helps people to thrive.
    2. The EMPOWERS model to help you understand exactly what makes people tick and bring their best to work (all based on solid science)
    3. Tools to help you and your team cope with high workloads and daily pressure so everyone avoids burnout.
    4. The 9 step blueprint to effective Agile leadership, a meta-analysis of what constitutes an outstanding leader in an agile context.
    5. How to build psychological safety and high team performance.
    6. How to create conditions for high-performance in Agile teams.
    7. How to create a compelling team purpose.
    8. Sausage rolls and how successful change really takes place in human systems.
    9. How to become the most effective leader in an Agile context, a 'catalyst leader'.
    10. The emerging science of social cognition that helps leaders build stronger, more engaged teams.
    11. How Agile can translate an organisational strategy into motivators for individuals and teams.
    12. The edge model for change and how to understand and overcome peoples' natural resistance to change.
    And much, more.

  • Who Is This Leadership Training For?

Our Goal is To Give You A Toolkit That Will Improve Every Aspect of Your Team, Make Leading a Pleasure not a Burden And Reduce Your Stress

    Setting Strong Foundations

If your organisation is moving to a more Agile way of working, or you want to enhance your skills to keep pace with the needs of market leading organisations, this training will give you the foundations you need.

    Building on Your Experience

As an experienced leader the training focuses on the challenges of effectively leading human beings in semi-autonomous, cross-functional teams. There is a science (not just an art) to this new way of leading and a multi-faceted approach from behavioural psychology and neuroscience, to team dynamics and systems theory is the only successful approach to these leadership challenges.

    Enhancing How You Lead Effectively

Most senior leaders have grown up in a traditional 'command and control' environment and therefore changing our habits of leadership is challenging but essential. Agile is not simply a set of tools, it changes how people work, how they interact whilst improving engagement and collaboration. You'll not only learn the contextual change required, you'll learn why this approach truly brings the best out of your people.

Speaking at Skills Matters P3X! November 2018

This Recent Presentation Gives an Idea of our Approach..

Agile and Scrum are simple frameworks that completely transform how people work. Inevitably, for successful implementation, this means that behaviours must change for everyone from team member to leader. The first line of the Agile Manifesto is "Individuals and Interactions over processes and tools". To date, Agile Leadership training has focused on processes and tools, we focus more emphasis on a science based approach to the "individuals and interactions" - the most challenging aspect of Agile.
